Meet Rick
With over 19 years of real estate experience, Rick's background provides him with a wealth of knowledge in a wide range of areas including residential sales, investment real estate, new construction, and renovation projects. Over the course of his career, Rick has closed over $141 million in real estate. In 2022 Rick was named by Chicago Magazine as the #31 ranked broker by sales volume in all of Chicagoland, and in 2021 Rick's sales topped $43 million.
His vast experience combined with his superior negotiating skills provides clients with the highest level of service. Rick is dedicated to not just hearing his clients, but listening to and understanding their needs and goals. By taking the time to establish close relationships, based on mutual respect and trust, Rick is able to provide each and every client with individualized service from listing to closing and beyond.
Rick brings enthusiasm and displays tremendous focus on every project he works on, whether it's a first-time buyer or a seasoned real estate investor. His integrity, dedication, sense of humor, and commitment to unparalleled service make him a true pleasure to work with. Rick was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and has extensive personal and professional knowledge of the North Shore suburbs as well as the many city neighborhoods.
He is a graduate of the University of Iowa and was also a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, where he traded Currency and Equity futures. Rick is an active member of his community, dedicating many hours to coaching little league baseball, and sits on the board of Family Service of Glencoe and the New Trier Booster Club Board. When he is not working, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, playing golf, paddling, and traveling.
