Working with Rick was a first-class experience from start to finish. Coming from Chicago, he took the time to guide us around the North Shore (many times) and provided a ton of information about the area. He has an extensive network of contractors, local agents, and other resources that helped make the home-buying process simple. One of the things my wife and I enjoyed the most in working with Rick was his honesty. Good or bad news, we always knew Rick had our best interest in mind. The idea of moving out of state was initially very stressful, but Rick made the process of selling our home as easy, manageable, and stress-free as possible.
